Preparation:
1.Ammonium glyphosate preparation
Firstly take glyphosate acid and ammonium bicarbonate into the kneader reactor, add nearly 0.1% water, heated until the temperature maintains around 40°C, then knead for 30 minutes. Take a sample for water solubility test to dissolve completely (totally dissolved means the reaction is complete). Add powdered ammonium sulfate and adjuvant (observe the temperature does not exceed 40°C), stir evenly (Pay attention to the dryness & humidity of the product), and pour the product into the granulator for granulation (this technique is for reference only, the specific process and kneading time are able to customize according to on-site conditions).
2.Drying, screening & packaging
Take the glyphosate granules extruded from the granulator directly into the fluidized bed reactor for drying at temperature around 80-90°C (drying duration adjusted according to the moisture in the discharge material). The dried granules are screened through the sieve and then test. Make sure the product is qualified before packaging the final product.
