3% BIFENTHRIN (BENZENE OIL) + 3% ACETAMIPRID ME SMALL TRIAL R&D REPORT

This preparation is an insecticide compounded by nicotine compound acetamiprid and pyrethroid compound bifenthrin, which has poisoning effects of touch, stomach and endosuction, and can effectively control whitefly.

Additives and solvents are 14%, low cost.

Now the original drug of bifenthrin is 60% bifenthrin benzene oil (provided by Guangdong Liwei), then the formula needs to be redone, the process is as follows.

3.Testing the indicators of the preparation

1.Hot storage at 54℃ for 14 days, both of them are uniform and transparent.

2.-7 ℃ cold storage for 7 days, 1 # samples are obviously turbid, but can be restored at room temperature, 2 # samples are uniformly transparent.

3.ph = 7.2, in a reasonable range.

4.Dilution stability of the preparation

Diluted 100 times with standard hard water, completely transparent, put into the water bath for 24 hours after the dilution did not change significantly.

From the experiment can be seen 3% bifenthrin (benzene oil) +3% acetamiprid ME, additives 14% solvent 14%, lower cost, low temperature stability is poor, but can be restored to room temperature, more suitable for the cost of high requirements of the customer; additives 16% solvent 16%, physical stability is good, the transparent interval is wide, suitable for product quality requirements of high customers; compromise considerations can be used additives 15% solvent 15%. The compromise is to use 15% solvent 15% additives.
