R&D report of 600g/L imidacloprid SC small trial

1. Difficulties and problems of preparation

It is common for high content suspending agent to have problems such as high viscosity when mixing materials, unable to be sanded (Figure 1-1), high viscosity of the preparation, hot storage bottoming and paste (Figure 1-2). Due to the better water solubility of imidacloprid, 600g/L imidacloprid SC was more prone to flocculation, agglomeration and austral maturation, which ultimately led to the bottoming of the formulation. To address this problem, we have developed a general-purpose additive, brand KY-SC177, through a large number of tests on the dispersant, wetting agent screening, with the use of additive D107, which can solve such problems, and low cost of additives, good stability of the preparation.

1. The viscosity of the material is small after mixing, which is good for sanding.

2. The preparation is white flowing liquid, good dispersion, good pouring, high suspension rate.

3. 14 days of hot storage, no water precipitation, no bottoming.

4. The particle size of the preparation is basically not growing in 14d of hot storage.

KY-SC177 additives have strong versatility, especially suitable for making high-content preparations with small viscosity and strong product stability.
