R&D Report on 4.5% High Efficiency Cypermethrin EW Small Trial
1.Formulation difficulties and problems
Since the perchlorobenzene oil (generally 27% content) is much less dense than water, this will lead to the made 4.5% permethrin EW, the time stability is poor, hot storage and room temperature often lead to the formulation is not homogeneous, the bottom of the precipitation of water and so on.
2. Formulation
Perchlorobenzene Oil(27%<) | 16.7% |
KY-EW6207 | 6% |
Ethylene glycol | 4% |
Water | Complementay |
3.Testing the indicators of the preparation
1. 14 days of hot storage, the stability of qualified, room temperature for 1 year, no delamination oil precipitation water phenomenon. Take the qualified sample to continue to refine the experiment, and measure the indicators.
2. Cold storage stability qualified.
3.ph=7.55, in a reasonable range and so on.
4. Preparation dilution stability

Diluted 100 times with standard hard water, the blue light is obvious, put into the water bath for 24 hours on no floating oil, no precipitation.
4.Summary
From the experiment, it can be seen that KY-EW6207 can effectively inhibit the precipitation of 4.5% perchloro EW (benzene oil), in addition to other pyrethroid water emulsion emulsification performance is very good, such as 2.5% Kungfu EW, 10% Kungfu EW, 2.5% bifenthrin EW, 2% deltamethrin EW, welcome to free trial samples.
